离职的决定落实后，第一步就是要撰写辞职信。辞职信主要的内容就是要告知上司「我要离开这个工作岗位了。」因此，只要包含以下6个方面，一封简而有力的辞职信就完成了。
1 - 问候语
这封信是要呈交给谁的？老板、经理、人事部？针对呈交信件的对象来称呼就行了，比如：Dear Mr Tan, Dear Ms. Celine等。不建议大家写「To whom it may concern」，因为这是用于你不知道对方是谁的时候。
2 - 主要目的——「我要辞职了！」
开头就直接奔入主题，正式告知对方你想离职的决定。离职的原因可以选择性地要提或不提都可以。
3 - 最后的工作天
告知对方你的最后一个工作日是在哪一天（日期）。你可以大概推算自己的最后一个工作日，记得要把合同上的notice period算进去哦！比如：两个星期、一个月，甚至是三个月。
4 - 感谢词
接下来就可以带入你个人想感激的事情或在工作上的愉快体验。你可以感谢对方一直以来的照顾、教导、支持或给予你的机会。
5 - 交接工作
可以告知对方你会在这期间尽量配合并完成交接的工作。
6 - 祝福语
最后，就是祝福对方与公司前程似锦。
辞职信模板：
Dear [Manager’s First Name],
Please accept this letter as a formal notice of my resignation from my position as [Your Position] from [Company Name]. My last day of employment will be on [Estimated Last Day].
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work in this position and it has been a pleasure working with you and the team throughout the [Duration of employment]. I have gained a great experience here and appreciate for all the guidance and support you have given me. However, after deep consideration, I have decided that it is the time for me to move on to my next challenge.
I would like to help with the transition of my duties before my departure. Please let me know if I can be of any assistance during this time.
I wish you and the company all the best in the future. Look forward to staying in touch with you.
